Objectives

This course aims to prepare managers to take responsibility for the HR function. It intends to participate in its professionalization, provide methodological tools for its mastery and develop the thinking on its evolution and its practices. It concerns not only acquiring new skills but also connecting them as well as implementing them in a changing business environment.

    The master of human resources’ is the result of the partnership between the ESCA School of Management and Grenoble school of Management (ESC Group Grenoble).The graduates obtain a double degree: a Superior Cycle degree in Human Resources’ Management o from the ESCA and a MSc Human Resources’ Management from the Grenoble school of Management.
