Gouvernance


The ESCA School of Management has a governance structure composed of a General Meeting of Associates, an Executive Committee (COMEX) and a Scientific and Pedagogic Council.

Scientific and Pedagogical Council (SPC)



The Council is responsible for supplying the school with recommendations with respect to the School’s strategic axes.
Accordingly, their main duties are:
• To maintain a link with the professional world and to formulate proposals for partnerships to achieve better employment of graduates.

• To set the main orientations for research activities.

• To identify corporate needs for management programs.

• To make recommendations on the School’s international development.

The Council is composed of:
A Chairperson/ The President of ESCA EM / 11 company representatives / 5 Alumni / 4 Comex members
3 members from international partners / 1 Heads of Department / 1 Director of IMBA

General Assembly (GA):



The General Assembly makes all ordinary and extraordinary decisions provided by the School’s Memorandum and Article of Association. They approve the School’s accounts, decide on allotment of results, validate budgets and modifies the Articles.

Senior Executive Committee (Comex)



Academic Committee
This academic committee analyses and formulates recommendations on the development of the various School programmes as regards market demand, management research and innovations progress in teaching and training..

International Development Committee
The mission of this committee is to submit results analysis and give advice to the Comex as regards international development and to monitor implementation of planned actions in this field.

Corporate Relations Committee
The Mission of the Corporate Relations Committee is to enhance the School’s links with the business world in order to get a clearer view of enterprises’ needs in terms of competencies and to ensure successful integration of students in the workplace.

Research Committee
The Research Committee defines the main Management Research orientations for validation by the Comex, drafts production and circulation plans for those works achieved and monitors the implementation of those actions elected.
